Tillman Lay, previously Partner at Spiegel & McDiarmid, has joined Best Best & Krieger as Partner in the firm’s Telecommunications and Municipal Law Practice Groups. Mr. Lay advises on a full scope of telecommunications issues, from contract negotiations and regulatory advice matters to small cell right-of-way placement disputes, cell site zoning issues and broadcast channel carriage rights.
