Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the whole document before beginning to fill in each section. This will help you to understand how each portion works together to tell the story of your prospective client’s journey from first engaging with your company/org to becoming a happy customer / client / donor / user.

The more specific and targeted you can be in your answers, the better. Creating a brand that delights a specific group of people so that they say with pride and tell others “People like us (or businesses like ours) work with brands like the [Your brand]” is the way to create a successful & distinct brand.  Be courageous, frank and honest. The more specific and distinct we’re able to sound, the more we’ll stand out in the market. If we want, AI can help us say the EXACT same thing as every company. This exercise is meant to develop your DISTINCT voice.
