REEC is named official Spokes Man
for the Southern Classic Roundball Tournament (SCRB). The SCRB host an
array of current and Ex - NBA players for a Summer basketball
tournament in Atlanta. NBA TV covered the event and REEC's music was
featured on the NBA TV Trailor.

This Year during Positive American Youth's Annual Girls & Boys Day
and Celebrity Basketball Game a lot of people came out and showed love.The
pre-game Youth Basketball Camp went great and the kids left with
wonderful gifts. Mundys Mill HS edged out Pebblebrook HS in a Drum line
show down to remember. Finally The Bulls Eye All - stars defeated the
Hot 107.9 Hotshots in a Game for the history books!

In
our second annual Boys & Girls day and Celebrity Basketball Game
Positive American Youth, Inc is striving to promote the importance of
education, community, and perseverance to the children of Metro Atlanta
area. We believe that by adding the power of entertainment we can easily
identify with the youth, in order to relay the Positive American Youth,
Inc message, as well as provide lasting memories. This year Positive
American Youth's Bulls Eye All-star basketball team will be taking on
the Hot Shots of Hot 107.9FM in a Celebrity All-Star Bash.
We
will also conduct a Basketball Learning Clinic at the Atlanta
Metropolitan College Gym. This clinic will be free for the Boys &
Girls aged 8 through 14. The clinic will be hosted by Coach Pritchett
(Head Coach and Athletic Director of Atlanta Metropolitan College).
Members of the Atlanta Metropolitan College basketball team and an
assortment of guest speakers will also participate in the event. Guest
speakers will include Officer J. Polite of the Atlanta Police
Department, Mrs. Miller of Cobb Youth Detention Center and local
firemen of the Fulton County Fire Department. The clinic will precede
the game that Saturday morning and run from 12noon until 2:00pm.
